Electro-pneumatic machine designed to lower the heel bed of shoes.
Designed for synthetic materials and leathers, among others.
Two-hand operation and emergency button monitored by safety relay.
PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) temperature control, combined with the solid state relay, provides 1°C accuracy of the programmed temperature in addition to reducing energy consumption.
Pulsed rebound system, using PTFE (teflon) belts, with the possibility of varying its intensity.
It can be adjusted to fit all types of footwear and shapes, including boots with shafts up to 500mm.
Corrects wrinkles using heated scissors, a folding system and a PTFE (Teflon) belt.
Machine compliant with Brazilian safety standards NR 12 and European CE standard.
